Welcome to Casa Four! Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions, practical information about your stay, and our house rules. We kindly ask you to read them carefully to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.
The minimum stay is 5 nights. If you wish to extend your stay while you are here and availability allows, this can be arranged on a per-day basis.
Yes! If you’d like to extend your current stay, just let us know. We’ll be happy to check availability.
For future visits, we offer a special loyalty discount when you book directly with us as a returning guest.
To arrange this, please contact us at casafour@purmerent.com and include your name, the number of guests, preferred dates and your phone number.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is kindly requested by 10:00 AM. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.
To help ensure a smooth and relaxing arrival, we kindly ask that you share your flight number and estimated time of arrival at the Villa. This allows us to better prepare for your check-in and provide you with the warmest welcome possible.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a private bathroom and toilet. Three other bedrooms in the main house share one bathroom. One bedroom on the first floor has its own private bathroom. The studio with a separate entrance also has its own private bathroom.

Yes, fresh sheets, towels, and beach towels are provided per person.
After 7 days, we offer a free change of bed linen and bath towels. Extra changes before that are available at the following cost:
- Bed linen (per set): €12
- Towels (per person): €8 (includes 1 large towel + 1 hand towel)
Yes, all bedrooms and living areas have A/C.
You’ll find the ironing board and iron in the utility room, which also houses the washing machine and dryer. To access it, exit through the kitchen door and it’s the first door on your right.

For an elevated audio experience, the villa is equipped with a premium Sonos Sound System. So you can enjoy your favorite music in high quality, throughout your stay.

No, the pool is not heated.
You can dispose of your garbage in the two outdoor waste containers located on the property. Please make sure to close the garbage bags properly before placing them inside the bins. Always keep the lids shut to prevent animals from getting into the containers.
Not by default. Extra cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

We are available via WhatsApp or phone for any questions or help.
Leave the property tidy:
- No food or trash left out
- All garbage must be tied in bags and placed in the public bins outside the gate.
- Dishes rinsed and placed in the dishwasher (you don't need to run it)

Package 1: Full Luxury Daily Cleaning –
A complete deep cleaning of the entire villa, including kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
Includes:
• Deep cleaning of all rooms and living spaces
• Full bathroom and kitchen cleaning
• Outdoor area cleaning
• Trash removal
• Supply check and restocking
• Damage and issue reporting
Package 2: Daily Basic Cleaning with Laundry –
A lighter daily service including cleaning and laundry.
Includes:
• Cleaning of living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms
• Laundry service
• Beds made (linen not changed)
• Floor mopping and vacuuming
• Bathroom fixtures cleaned
• Trash emptied
• Quick outdoor tidy-up
Package 3: Quick Refresh Cleaning –
Basic cleaning for guests who need minimal upkeep.
Includes:
• Quick mop and vacuum of main areas
• Bathroom refresh (sink & toilet)
• Kitchen counter tidying
• Trash emptied
• Everything has been put back in place (pillows & objects repositioned)
Optional Add-ons:
• Linen replacement & laundry: +€100
• Towel replacement & laundry: +€70
Note: We provide a complimentary change of bed linen and towels every 7 days.
To enhance your comfortable and effortless stay, we offer a grocery shopping service. For €30 per hour, we’ll personally visit the supermarket, carefully select all the items on your list, and impeccably organize everything in your kitchen. The entire process usually takes about 3 to 4 hours. Simply provide your grocery list in advance, and allow us to take care of the rest, so you can fully relax and enjoy your time.
Enjoy the luxury of a private chef, who prepares fresh, high-quality meals on-site. Perfect for relaxed breakfasts to elegant dinners in the comfort of your villa.

Please note that this service is available only for groups of 8 guests or more. All prices are starting from and exclusive of 21% VAT. Additionally, a 10% service fee will be added.

We value respectful use of our villa and aim to provide every guest with a welcoming and enjoyable experience. While it is never our intention to impose penalties, we must outline certain rules and potential charges in case of significant breaches. These measures are only applied when necessary, to cover damages or extra services caused by rule violations.
Smoking Policy
• Smoking indoors: prohibited – €250 per room (deep cleaning and deodorizing)
• Smoking on or near lounge beds: prohibited – €250 + replacement cost for cushions if damaged (charge applies for any damage caused)
Cleanliness & Waste
• Leaving the house excessively dirty (food waste, unwashed dishes, scattered trash) – €250
• Dirty BBQ or grease traces – €250 (extra cleaning BBQ & outdoor areas)
• Improper waste disposal (applies if trash is left on the property or not placed in the designated public bins outside the gate) – €250
• Leaving food outside or feeding stray cats (this attracts rats and cockroaches, and stray cats may urinate or defecate on the furniture) – €250
Furniture & Property Damage
• Moved or damaged furniture – €250 + repair or replacement costs
• Lost or damaged keys/access equipment – €250 + replacement or reset costs
Pets
• Unapproved pets – €1500 (deep cleaning and allergen treatment)
Parties & Events
• Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If violated, fines from Guardia Civil (€50,000 to €60,000) will be charged to the main guest. The property owner is not responsible; the main booker will be held fully liable.
