Booking & Extensions

Yes! If you’d like to extend your current stay, just let us know. We’ll be happy to check availability.

For future visits, we offer a special loyalty discount when you book directly with us as a returning guest.

To arrange this, please contact us at info@purmerent.com and include your name, the number of guests, preferred dates and your phone number.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
The apartment features self check-in, so you can arrive at your own pace using the provided access code. If you’d like to request an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

By booking the apartment and receiving this link, you agree to the house rules and related penalty terms. We kindly ask you to respect these rules so we can continue providing a high-quality experience for all our guests.

Quiet & Consideration
• To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, parties and events are not permitted.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM

Cleanliness & Smoking policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. A €350 fine will apply if this rule is violated.
• Leaving the apartment excessively dirty may result in a €75 additional cleaning fee
• For the comfort of all our guests, we have a no-pet policy.

Keys & Check-out
• If the key is lost, a €175 charge will apply to cover replacement and related costs
• The check-out time is 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you depart on time, unless otherwise agreed.
